Yes. Co.Z operates remotely and works with clients nationwide. Our 3D modeling process allows us to design accurately without in-person meetings.
We design primary residences, secondary homes, and investment properties. This includes full-home projects, individual rooms, and short-term rental properties.

You begin by scheduling a consultation. We review your space, goals, timeline, and general budget range before outlining next steps.
No. We gather measurements and documentation during onboarding. If plans are available, we can incorporate them into the modeling process.
Yes. We can provide general ranges for design fees and furnishing budgets so you have context before scheduling a call. A formal estimate is created once we understand the scope.
No. You may start with a single room or multiple rooms. The process is designed to be flexible.

We begin by creating a 3D model of your home. Once the model is complete, we design room by room based on your priorities and timeline.
The 3D Setup Fee is a one-time cost used to build a digital model of your home. This model becomes the foundation for all current and future design work at that property.
No. The 3D model is reusable. Once it is created, you can return months or years later and continue designing without paying that fee again.
Yes. You may design at your own pace. Many clients complete one or two rooms at a time and return when ready to continue.
Full-home design projects typically average around 60 days depending on scope. Individual rooms may move faster. Timeline adjustments are possible for time-sensitive projects when feasible.
Each room design includes layout planning, 3D renderings, furniture and decor selections, and a detailed shopping list. The goal is to provide clarity for execution.
We can incorporate existing pieces into the design. We evaluate what works, what should be replaced, and how to create a cohesive final result.
Yes. We offer a simplified Furniture Edit package for rooms that do not require full reconfiguration. This option provides layout guidance and product recommendations without detailed renderings.
Pricing & Payments

Our pricing includes a one-time 3D Setup Fee and per-room design fees. Execution support is available at an hourly rate if needed.
Furnishing budgets vary depending on room type, size, and product selections. We provide realistic budget ranges during consultation based on your goals and expectations.
Yes. We design according to your stated investment range. Clear communication allows us to select pieces that align with both aesthetic goals and financial boundaries.
No. Clients purchase items directly unless they request managed procurement support. Any optional coordination services are billed separately.
The 3D Setup Fee is due before modeling begins. Room design fees are due prior to the start of each room phase. Execution support is billed based on usage.

Yes. We can integrate your preferred vendors and trade resources into the design plan when appropriate.
If you request procurement support, we can assist with coordination and resolution. If you purchase independently, vendor communication remains your responsibility.
