Whether you’re stuck on furniture placement, choosing materials, or just need a second opinion, we’ll bring clarity and confidence to your next move. What's Included: Live 1-on-1 video call with lead designer Verbal layout suggestions and functional improvements Styling direction and color recommendations Live sourcing and product references (if applicable) Post-call summary email with session notes and next steps
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Every Co.Z consultation is reserved with care, and we ask the same courtesy in return. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment once, free of charge, by providing at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. A second reschedule will incur a $50 rebooking fee, payable prior to confirming a new time. After a third reschedule, your appointment will be canceled without refund, and Co.Z reserves the right to decline future bookings at our discretion. By confirming your consultation, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your space feel just right.
