Our most comprehensive remote design service—built for homeowners, renters, and property investors who want a high-end interior without the in-person process. We’ll transform your entire space into a clear, cohesive vision using layout strategy, 3D renderings, curated sourcing, and styling guidance tailored to your goals. Within 6 design sessions over the course of 60 days, you’ll receive everything you need to bring the design to life locally—whether you’re managing it yourself or handing it to your contractor. What's Included: Hands-on vendor and contractor coordination Custom fabrication management (furniture, built-ins, etc.) Procurement tracking and delivery oversight On-site styling and installation Final walk-through and visual staging for photography Real-time communication with all stakeholders Optional: content creation for PR/marketing assets

We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Every Co.Z consultation is reserved with care, and we ask the same courtesy in return. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment once, free of charge, by providing at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. A second reschedule will incur a $50 rebooking fee, payable prior to confirming a new time. After a third reschedule, your appointment will be canceled without refund, and Co.Z reserves the right to decline future bookings at our discretion. By confirming your consultation, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your space feel just right.
